Deposit Policy

When you place a deposit on one of our puppies, please be sure of your decision.  Deposits are only refundable if your puppy becomes ill and/or doesn’t survive his/her first eight weeks. Your deposit is your bond that allows us to remove the advertising and save him/her just for you.  There is a significant cost in time and money to re-advertising and the additional feeding and care we must provide while waiting for a new owner. You are free to transfer your deposit to another puppy as long as that other puppy is still available.

We accept deposits through Zelle, Cahapp and Venmo. Please contact us for specifics if you would like to place a deposit (919)895-2986.

Puppy Appointment Guidelines

When making an appointment, we ask that you select your two favorite puppies that you would like to meet. We have found that the more puppies a person meets the more difficult the decision is, plus you don’t have time to spend getting to know each puppy’s personality. We will bathe the puppies and let you get to know them and play with them in the front yard  for as long as you like. You are obviously not required to purchase one, but we do ask that you not schedule a visit unless you are seriously looking for a puppy. It takes us about an hour to bathe and blow-dry them.

All of the parents are on-site, however, we ask that you look at their photos instead of asking to meet them. Our insurance doesn’t allow clients to go back into the kennel area. We appreciate your understanding.
